addition to the frenchies' family!

we got really disappointed yesterday, as we saw a cute orange cat at the market, and decided to take her home. Only, we were on bike, so we decided to meet the dude later with a box and car so she woukld be transported properly.
When I called him a couple hours later to meet, he announced that his bitch girlfriend had decided tokeep it. Jen even shed a tear over it. Since we had bought the necessary equipment to welcome a cat, and were so disapointed, we decided to look online. And a refuge in the little town where I work had 4 orange tiger kittens waiting for a new family. We drove there earlier today, and brought missy Jojo home.
here she is, all purrrrty:

en france...

Since Bouchard gave a new impulse to this blog, I'm going to follow.
We've been enjoying gorgeous weather lately, and tried to spend time outside.
At the end of April, we went on a short bike trip, along the "Canal de Nantes à Brest", which was nice, but also reminded us of the necessity to have good training before you go on such an expedition :-(
the park down town is showing off pretty flowers as you can see.

we went on a 5 hour hike sunday, which was really nice, just 20mn away from town. We passed cows, sheep, goats and rabbits, I screamed at a twig which dared tickle my back, we saw people climbing steep cliffs in an abandoned quarry...
I'll let you get an idea with pictures.
